Christmas 2010

Well, it has been quite some time since I have written on Addi's blog. In fact, it has been almost a year. All is well in our household, we have just all been extremely busy. Casey works everyday and has been traveling a lot lately. I just finished up my second internship in a fifth grade classroom. I love teaching and will begin student teaching in a fourth grade classroom in January. The great about that is I no longer have to commute an hour and half to school and home each day. Addison goes to preschool 3 days a week and is super smart. She amazes me with new words, shapes, etc. daily. She will be 2 christmas day. I cannot believe it! Time flies. ... Well, I hear Addison yelling my name from her room... I will write more very soon! :)

Addison and her Granny went to Tyler today for a big Easter egg hunt for the viually impaired and blind. It is so wonderful to have people volunteer time and effort to make these kids smile... and oh there were HUGE SMILES!! :) Although Addison probably got the least amount of eggs, she had fun doing it!!

This isn't the best picture but she has a BIG smile! She couldn't stop to pose, she kept arching her back so she could GO-O-O!

Melissa wanted to take Addison to the park yesterday so Kara, Melissa and I packed up Addison and went to the Park. We had a great time watching Addison have a great time. The swings are fun but Addison really liked the slide.

This is Addison at preschool. She is doing well and seems to have a lot of fun.

Marissa came to see Addison today. They played hard. Marissa was gone 10 minutes and Addison was sound asleep!

My stove with the knobs missing..Addison keeps bringing them to me!
