Moving in!

Addi's Rockstar Outfit... Thanks Aunt Kara :)

So we are in the process of moving in our new house. We stayed in it last night for the first time. Although we loved staying with my parents and having the extra help, it's nice to be in our own home. Since Addi is so sensitive to the light, Casey put dimmers on all our switches. We were getting ready for bed last night and Addi had her eyes closed as always. Well, I was shutting off all the lights and when i got to the kitchen switch i just dimmed it for when i got up in the middle of the night. Well when i dimmed the kitchen lights Addi came alive. She opened her eyes, looked at the lights and smiled. She was cooing and making cute noises and smiling so big you could see her gums. I went and got Casey so her could see her. The lights were perfect. They didn't hurt her eyes and she liked looking at them. It was the cutest thing you have every seen. She was moving her head from side to side looking around and laughing. Casey was very proud of himself for putting the dimmers up after the saw the way she responded to them.

We are still putting things where they go. We just got Addi's bedroom set up and I'm about to go put the bedding on it. Can't wait for all of you to see her room, it is adorable! :)
