The vision teacher came over today. She said although she is no expert in albinism she thinks Addison's skin is a little bit darker (I MEAN YES SHE IS SUPER PALE) but its a little darker than some other kids we have seen with albinism and her eyes apper to be getting bluer and bluer. What this means is ADDI MAY BE GETTING MORE PIGMENT!!! YAY! I dont know if this is a real deal, but it sure made my day!! The more pigment Addison gets the better her vision will be. So hopefully she will get more and more pigment. I dont know how the whole pigment thing works (i will find out and let you all know) but Im hoping she gets more and more!!

She also told me a story about a girl who graduated kilgore high school a few years ago with the same type albinism as addison, and her vision was good enough to drive. Granted she did not drive in big cities or on major highways, but she did drive herself to school and was able to put around town. COOL HUH??? Im super excited about this!! PRAY FOR PIGMENT! :)
